In consideration for being allowed to use PadelPro - Club facilities located in Nicosia, Cyprus, I hereby waive, on my own behalf any and all claims that I have or may have against PadelPro Academy LTD, or any person or entity who directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls or is controlled by, the company the legal entity that owns the company, on account of any bodily injury, (including death), personal property loss, or other damages of any kind whatsoever, for negligence or otherwise, arising out of my use of the facilities and equipment. I acknowledge that I use the courts at my own risk, and hereby assume all risk of injury associated with the usage of the facilities and equipment, known or unknown, inherent, or otherwise, including but not limited to injury and/or death to me or to third parties.

APPLICATION TERMS OF USE
We collect and process personal data that you fill in during the registration form process: Name, Email Address, Address, Telephone Number.
We receive the personal data by you and you voluntarily choose to provide it. The purposes of the collection, use and processing of your personal data are to register you as a member and to inform you about the activities and sending relevant information material (bookings, tournaments, ranking matches).
We are allowed to process your personal data for the purposes mentioned above, based on the law (Article 6.1(a), Article 6.1(b) and 6.1(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as well as, if required by Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Your personal data is not used for purposes other than those described.
The system does not share or transmit personal data to third parties except to authorized persons who are required to have access in order to be able to complete the purpose of their collection, use and processing, as described.
REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to session time.
No shows or cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will be billed 100% of the session cost.
